If we have stock , we can send out the goods within a week , if your order need to be produced , it will take 15 days -30 days according to the quantity .
Q:How can you make sure the quality?
A:First , test reports of raw material for chemical contents and physical properties .taken by third party authorized lab.
Secondly, In order to keep the production under control , QA(Quality Assurance ) will be existed at every steps of production .
Thirdly ,Mill test ,QC inspection for the Dimension & surface ,DPI ,UL test .
Finally,.this is an option by clients . AV, BV company third party inspection are accepted.
Q:The product I need is complicated, what can I do?
A:You can send us all the details of what you need ,
such as drawing , material grade you need ,quantity , hardness , tolerances ,tensile strength etc.

Q:Why the same products have different prices from different suppliers?
A:There are many factors which affect the price ,
Firstly , Standard of material. Materials are divided into several levels which are used in industry, aerospace, medical etc. areas .more special ,price more high.
Secondly ,additional requests for product will add the cost . e.g. The price of a ti rod with +/-0.005 MM tolerance will be higher than the price of +/- 0.01 MM tolerance .
Plus package , shipment , raw material test etc. They all influence the prices .
